First-session satisfaction policy

Complete your first Q-Bed session and decide for yourself. If you do not feel that the experience was worthwhile, tell us before you leave and there is no charge for that session. This policy does not promise a medical or health outcome.

Single sessions

Beyond the first-session guarantee above, single sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable notice and we'll gladly move your appointment.

Packages

If you've purchased a multi-session package and change your mind, we'll refund any unused sessions, less the standard single-session rate for any sessions already taken. Just email us to arrange it.

Retreats

Retreats are prepared individually and by application. Deposit and cancellation terms are shared in writing at the time of booking so everything is clear before you commit.
